What Is CNC?
CNC or computer numerical control machining is a cutting process in which pre-programmed computer software controls the movement of factory tools and machinery to cut materials exactly to size.
The benefits of CNC machining is that 3D cutting tasks can be accomplished in a few short movements and they are to the exact measurement.
What Is 2PAC?
2PAC (two-pack finish) spray is when two liquids are mixed to create a more durable finish.
The combination of the two liquids causes the paint to harden, resulting in a thicker, more durable surface than other paints and finishes.
2PAC is most commonly found on materials that need to be durable, such as kitchen cabinets.

THE PROCESS
If you already have the measurements you need for the joinery or you need us to come and measure it for you, we can do that no problem. Once we have the measurements, we go back to our factory where our CNC machine cuts either MDF, plywood, or acrylic to the exact size.
The thickness of the panels we use range from 0.5-50mm for your convenience.
Our CNC cutting includes edging, and we also give the option to have pre-drilled holes and hinge sets in place.
Once we’ve custom-cut your joinery, we have a range of colours of 2PAC spray to choose from that we will apply before installing it in your kitchen.
